If you'd like customers to go straight to their favourite payment option directly from the cart, you can use the Express Checkout Buttons block.
Add an Express Checkout button block and drag it to below your checkout button.
Then open the block for next step instructions:
You need to make a small change in your theme for the express checkout buttons to show. Use the guide within the cart block for what to do.
