Add to Unlock's reward icon setting lets you swap the default lock, shipping, or gift icon for your own custom image, SVG, or GIF - so the progress bar circle matches your brand instead of using a generic icon.
🧠 Pro Tip: When using a custom image, pick something bright that stands out against your background, and make sure it's big enough for shoppers to actually make out at the progress bar's size.
🛠️ How to Set It Up
Go to your Gift with Purchase reward settings for the Add to Unlock block.
Find Reward Icon (just below the reward qualification settings). You'll see five options: Lock, Shipping, Gift, Custom, and None.
Select Custom. This opens the image settings.
Upload your image, SVG, or GIF: go to Content > Files, upload your file, then copy the file link.
Paste that link into the Media URL field.
Toggle Show Reward Amount on or off, depending on whether you want the reward value displayed over your image.
Choose how the image fits the circle: Cover (fills the space, image appears larger) or Contain (fits the whole image within the circle without cropping).
You can also paste the same image URL into the reward information box to have your custom image appear there too. Entirely optional, and up to you whether you want it in one place or both
