Shopify have introduced a new product status called “Unlisted”. It hides products from store search and collections, all sales channels, internet searches and Shopify Catalog.
It’s ideal for “free gift with purchase” items and "shipping protection" that you don’t want discovered or used outside of their intended purpose.
Unlisted products are hidden from internet search, Shopify Catalog, and your store's sitemap. They don't display in Shopify-powered collection pages, search results including predictive search, or product recommendations in your storefront.
To make a product 'Unlisted', select the Status dropdown menu and set the product to 'Unlisted'.
