Offer a premium service for customers with a gift wrapping upsell. This is an extremely popular upsell during December as busy customers purchase holiday gifts and the perfect little profitable add-on.
Want to add an image of your gift wrap and target it to when certain items are in the cart? You can use the custom code block to add your image in.
How to set it up:
Create a gift wrapping product (unlisted status)
Create a one tick upsell and select the gift wrapping product
Select the radio button or checkbox depending on your brandās style
To add a custom image in your cart to promote and show what the gift wrap will look like:
First upload your image to shopify and copy the url link
Then in the cart add a Code block to the cart.
Paste this in the custom code block and replace the bolded src and alt tags below: <img src="YOUR IMAGE URL" alt="YOUR IMAGE ALT TEXT" style="max-width: 100%; height: auto; display: block;" />
š BAU Gift-With-Purchase
Surprise and delight your full price customers with a gift with purchase offer. BAU doesnāt need to mean āno offer at allā and also rewards customers for spending with you outside of sale.

From free accessories to sample products or collabs with complementary brands - keeping customers feeling rewarded long after sale season ends.
How to set this up:
Setup an Add to Unlock block with your chosen reward
šø Use your cross-sell messaging to help customers achieve āadd to unlockā reward tiers
Utilise your cross-sell product and block title to nudge customers towards the add to unlock spend goal to increase AOV.
How to set this up:
Select the product to cross-sell
Change the āTITLEā to a message which promotes the Reward that can be unlocked
Change the button text to include the message
š§“ Exclusive December Spend & Save (Bulk Discounts)
In case youāre still overstocked on certain items, you could run product-specific spend and saves using the Bulk Discount block.
Buy 2 save 20%
Buy 3 save 2% etc.
A great way to clear slow movers in cart without having to add sale messaging to the rest of your site.
How to set it up:
Select the Bulk Discounts block
Set the discount tiers for the product you want to clear
Bonus: Add a banner to your cart to promote your offer
